Rokit Fuel Oatmeal

Oatmeal, Oatmeal, Oatmeal... I've never really been a fan.. then I tried Rokit Fuel Oatmeal, and I'm impressed.

You can either eat the oatmeal hot or cold, and honestly.. eating it cold is quite good. I tried Apple Pie for lunch last week, and I was completely full after eating it. I didn't have to eat anything else (i normally put a few snacks in).. I was full until Dinner. I also received:

Cherry Almond, Chocolate Dream, Pumpkin Chocolate, and Stud Muffin.
What I was quite impressed with is the amount of sodium in each of them, as well as how good each of the oatmeals taste.

There are many ingredients in each of the oatmeals, and if you go here, you can find out why each of them are good for you.
There are even recipes you can make with the oatmeal as well. You can find those recipes here.
Bernell Taylor who works for Rokit Fuel has created his own blog on his journey to a healthier lifestyle by including Oatmeal in each of his meals. I've read a few of his blog entries and they are quite interesting. Check it out! There are some great ideas for some meal items

I'm so happy I've had the chance to try this oatmeal and to find out that oatmeal isn't all that bad, and actually can be quite good for you!

Check out Rokit Fuel today!

EatPastry Review

I love cookie dough..I love eating it better than putting it on a cookie sheet and baking cookies. I love making my own cookie dough without having to buy some... Today I took a risk. I went to Whole Foods and bought this Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough by Eatpastry. This is Gluten Free, and contains NO: gulten, wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and no cholesterol. Huge list of NO's.

They are actually in t,he oven right now cooking and I'm quite excited to try them out. I tried eating it out of the can, and in all honestly, snickerdoodle is better in cookie form than dough.
They offer other flavors too

Chocolate Chip, and Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip, Chocoholic Chip, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip (I must try), Oatmeal Raisin Chocolate Chip, and Gluten free Sugar Mama (I must try)
Please go to Whole Foods and try Eatpasty today!! *Opinions are my own, I bought the product myself and decided to share with all of you*

Apricot Power

Apricot Power... B17... Apricot Kernels. http://www.apricotpower.com/default.asp -- check them out if you're looking for food with B17 products.
I love Apricots and when I contacted Apricot Power, they sent me some interesting foods. Some foods I enjoyed, and some that weren't my favorite, but at least I got to try something and learn about apricot kernels and b17 that I've never known about before.
"Apricot Power has been providing California grown apricot kernels since 1999. Over the years our company has grown and now sells more than 100 different products and supplements to health conscious customers around the world." (from the apricot power website) Apricot Power is found in over 200 stores in the US.
What did I receive?

These are by far my favorite of what I received. Aprisnacks -- B17 superfood! I like that there are many different flavors included, and it's a great source of B17. I can't wait to bring it to work, and snack on it throughout the day. There are 8grams of protein which is a super plus to me.

I am not a huge chocolate fan, but since dark chocolate is healthier than regular chocolate and it contains apricot kernels, it isn't actually so bad! It's also a great source of B17.
Last but not least I received...

I'll be honest. These are a bit too bitter for me.. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes, and tastes... and this taste for me just isn't doing it. However... there is a high level of B17, natural enzymes and B15 included.
So what is B17 you may ask..
B17 is a substance found naturally in over 1200 different foods, including the seeds of many kinds of fruits, such as apricots, plums, cherries, oranges, nectarines, apples and peaches, as well as many raw nuts. Our natural B17 supplement is extracted from apricot kernels.(taken from the apricot power website). B17 comes from apricot kernels. Vitamin B17 is also referred to as laetrile and amygdaline. B17 is easier to say don't you think? Read more: What Is Vitamin B17 Used For? | eHow http://www.ehow.com/about_5038800_vitamin-used.html#ixzz2TE56lpJv
Be careful when you are trying B17 foods for the first time. Those who haven't had much may experience dizziness. Apricot Power does offer different products.. so for example, I received Bitter foods, they actually offer sweeter products like toffee and apricot bars.
So check out http://www.apricotpower.com/default.asp today!!!

Powbab Review

Superfood = power = Powbab!
Baobab is a fruit pulp that is high in antioxidants. Even higher than most fruits you could think about: blueberries, cranberries, pomegranates, ect.. Baobab contains 12 minerals and vitamins. More than most foods and contains 50% of dietary fiber, and high content with vitamin C. It also gives you lots of calcium, iron, and potassium. Here's the catch.. why pop different vitamins when you can have 1 fruit chew that contains most of the vitamins you need? Another huge plus, the chews actually taste really good!

I don't normally take vitamins, but they are so easy to carry around and taste so good, it's just so easy! They almost taste like candy. It's definitely worth a try! You can find them at different stores, you can find the locations on their website. Just click here.
Aside from the chews, they also have skincare oils. It's worth a try!
