Manna Organics Review & Giveaway

Manna Organics sent me four of their sprouted breads. What are sprouted breads you may ask? Here's the description taken from their website: "Sprouted grain breads incorporate ingredients in an unrefined stage. They do not contain highly processed flours. Sprouted breads are made with live grains. These grains contain vital nutrients and maximize the nutrition and flavor of the bread. Sprouted breads are loaded with enzymes that are activated during the sprouting process. This means each serving of sprouted bread contains multiple important vitamins, minerals and natural fats, as well as protein – nutrients we don’t typically find in ordinary, processed breads.".

The best part about these sprouted breads that made me want to try them was that they are very low GI. I'm on a low GI diet right now and these breads are a perfect match. They are also very healthy, which is a bigger plus. I received: Carrot Raisin, Cinnamon Date, Fig-Fennel-Flex, and Millet Rice. So far I've tried the Cinnamon Date, and it tastes just like a cinnamon raisin bagel. I'm sold! Check out the other sprouted breads they have here.

Manna Organics also sells/makes Gluten Free breads. Some of their products include: Cinnamon Raisin, Open Sesame, Ciao Chia, and a few more. You can find out their other types here.

Do you like Kale? If you do Manna also sells what they call 'Manna Munchies'. These are Kale chips and they have many different varieties. You can find out what they have here.

Manna Organics is a family own operated business. They are located in Illinois. They started in 2007. Besides everything else I mentioned above, they also make nut butters, trail mix, and sourdough breads. You can find more information about them on their website, facebook, twitter, and you can read about them on their blog. If you really want to try them out, you can enter the giveaway below, and you yourself can win 4 sprouted breads of your own to try. Good Luck!
