The first thing that actually stood out to me was how much protein was in each bar. There's hardly any sugar, tons of fiber -- it's pretty much the perfect snack to fit into your day. You can either have it as a meal substitute, or what I do before or after a workout. 20 grams of protein is out of this world! You can either eat them the way they are, you can bake them for 8 minutes at 350, you can cut them up and put them in your yogurt, leave in the fridge, or put in the microwave, or any other way you'd like! I'm tempted to buy some at some point. They are seriously some of the best protein bars I've ever had. They don't taste all healthy like the other bars I've had.. and healthy meaning that taste that you know it's good for you but doesn't taste good. These Krave bars taste great!
