Canyon Bakehouse Giveaway

Are you looking for new breakfast ideas for either yourself, spouse, or kids? Canyon Bakehouse has some ideas for you! You need to start your day with a nutritious breakfast that will fill you with focus and energy for the day. You're probably looking for fast and easy ideas too, right? I know I am. Breakfast for me is the hardest meal of the day to plan. I can never find foods that will give me the energy I need.

Canyon Bakehouse provides gluten free breads that taste and feel like “real” bread. Made with 100% whole grains for energy and nutrients, the breads are baked with ingredients you can pronounce and find in your own kitchen, such as extra virgin olive oil, organic agave syrup and eggs.

7 Grain= pair this bread with a slice of turkey -- You're probably thinking "turkey?!, that's a lunch food"... yes... but it's full of protein and is very low in sugar.
Cranberry Canyon Crunch Muffin -- pair this with a hard boiled egg
Mountain White- Pair this with avocado and cheese. Avocado is a good fat. It keeps your stomach full. Who doesn't love cheese? Cheese is perfect for any meal.
Cinnamon Raisin - Almond or Nut butter. Use all natural.

These are Canyon Bakehouse tips for good breakfasts. Of course you can come up with your own ideas! Or you can find more recipes that also include other meals on their website.

You too can win all four of these products just like me. If interested, enter below. Enjoy!
