Belicious Review

I like eating foods that have ingredients that I can read. There are too many processed foods out there that aren't good for you and make you feel not that great. For me I find that when I eat processed food I feel more run down and tired all the time, but when I get clean foods I feel so much better. I also like trying different and new foods that are good for you. I had the chance to try Belicious , and Belicious are real foods in pouches. You see all the fruit pouches out there for kids and those are just "Okay"... these Belicious pouches are different and good.
Belicious pouches are dairy free, vegan, wheat free, non-gmo, soy free and nut free. They are made with PURE CLEAN FOOD. You can read every single ingredient on the back of the pouch and you know what you're putting into your body. These pouches are high in fiber, and have low sugar, and are packed with lots of nutrients.

There are four flavors and I was able to try 3 of them.
Energize - Made with Sweet Potato, Carrot, and Pear. I'm a huge fan of all three of these ingredients, but I wan't a huge fan of these three together in this pouch. 3 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber and sugar, and only 90 calories.
Revive- Balsamic, Beet, and Spinach. This one out of the three was my favorite. These are ingredients I would put together for a smoothie, and it just tastes so good. I actually had this one today at work. I forgot it was in the fridge there and I needed some energy, and this was my go-to. 3 grams of protein, 5 grams of fiber and sugar, and 90 calories. I also really like the colors for this pouch.
Vitalize -- Orange, Beet, and Ginger. Such an acquired taste for all three of these ingredients together, but it works quite well. 3 grams of protein, 4 grams of sugar, 5 grams of fiber, and 90 calories.

There's a new flavor coming soon and that's "Strength". I'm excited to see what the three main ingredients will be for this one!

They taste 100% better in the fridge. I made the mistake by trying one of them warm and at first wasn't the happiest with what I was tasting. Then I decided to give it a second chance after it was cold. Much better decision. You also may think these are "sweet" treats. Don't be confused.. they are more savory than anything. If you're looking to get in some fruits and veggies in your daily diet.. these are perfect. They are packed with real ingredients, healthy ingredients, and keep in mind, they are made with love! Check them out today!

There's a new flavor coming soon and that's "Strength". I'm excited to see what the three main ingredients will be for this one! Tender Grown Food Review

Tender Grown Leaf Crisps are gently dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve the naturally occurring enzymes in the raw leaves and passing this nutritional value on to you. These artisan crafted style crisps maintain the beautiful raw nature of the leaves and come in all sizes and shapes. Even the smallest of pieces can be sprinkled on salads, popcorn, soups, or whatever you like. There is no piece too small to be enjoyed. The leaves of the Brassica family, including Kale, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Brussels Sprouts, are well known for their naturally occurring antioxidant properties and nutritional benefits to a healthy lifestyle.

I love broccoli, and I have broccoli all the time to snack on. I've never had raw broccoli leafs before. This was a tasty surprise for me. It also came in a cheese flavor. I love broccoli and cheese, so this was a perfect snack for me. -- I also received Chipolte Kale crisps to try. So good! I loved the southwest spicy flavor. -- Tender Grown has many more flavors to try out. See the bags above. Some of the ones I would love to try sometime are the Cauliflower Crisps in Cheese and Chili Lime, and the Brussel Sprout Crisps in cheese. They just sound so good. You can go to their website and see which flavors and which crisps you would like to read more about or even try. -- For me I've been having the crisps at work for an afternoon snack. I have had salads the past couple of weeks at work, and I've put the kale crisps on top for a little extra crunch.

These crisps are all natural, vegan, gluten free, and dairy free. Find out more on facebook!
