Cusa Tea Review

I was never really a tea fan until I moved to the south. I usually only had tea when I had a sore throat. When I moved to North Carolina, there was tea everywhere. Anytime we have a staff meeting, there's always sweet and unsweet tea. I guess tea is just popular here! -- I started drinking iced tea a few years back. I love some iced tea when it's really hot outside and I need something refreshing. Although, when I drink tea, it has to have some flavor in it. It cannot be plain.

Cusa Tea is the first premium instant tea. Unless you get tea at drink shop or restaurant, I prefer instant all the way! It only takes 3 seconds and you can enjoy Cusa Tea either hot or cold. They offer five different flavors and you can get a variety pack! I was sent their variety pack and a pack of the Mango Green Tea and the Breakfast Tea. They also have Lemon Black Tea, Green Tea and Oolong Tea!
I love that they are small, and that they include so much flavor in the teas, and that you can take them anywhere! I of course brought them to work, and I have a few in my purse for random days. My favorite is the Mango Green tea. I think it's perfect for a hot summer day, and it's been extremely hot this past month!
I also shared some with my co-workers. One of my co-workers is a huge English Breakfast fan, so I gave her a majority of those. I'm very excited to try the Oolong tea next! Finishing up the mango first since I can't get enough of it! -- Cusa teas are free of chemicals, additives, filters and excess sugars.

You can find them on facebook and instagram. Cusa Tea is offering 50% off your first order by using offer code: Rachael50 at checkout! Check them out today!

Fiber Gourmet Review

I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle and I get enough protein, but I never understood why I wasn't staying full for very long. I found out that I wasn't getting enough fiber. Now when I go grocery shopping, I always look for foods that have protein + fiber in them.

Fiber Gourmet is a company that produces foods that are low calorie and good for you and also full of fiber. I received some of their products to try and they fit perfectly in my diet. -- I'm not a huge pasta fan, or I should say I try to stay away from pasta because there are so many carbs. However, I tried fiber gourmet's pasta and I was definitely hooked.
I tried the pasta with some turkey meatballs, and no salt added tomato sauce. 130 calories per serving, and 18grams of fiber, and 40% fewer net carbs then regular pasta. My husband wasn't a fan, but I really liked the taste. I liked the pasta better than the meatballs.

I also received two different kinds of 100 calorie cookies. English Toffee and Cinnamon Swirl. I really enjoyed the English Toffee ones. The bag was gone as quick as I opened it. 15 grams of fiber. That's incredible. I still have the cinnamon swirl left. I'm saving for lunch sometime this week.

Last but not least, I received a few different kinds of crackers. I love eating crackers with tuna, pimento cheese, or even by themselves. Fiber Gourmet has many kinds of crackers and some of them are: jalapeno cheddar, bbq, pizza, tomato basil, and more. You can see what they offer by clicking here.

Pasta, Crackers, and Cookies. Many different products that are all full of fiber. They were on Dr. Oz. You know it's a good thing when they are on Dr. Oz :) I'm glad I was able to find foods that help me stay fuller longer and that are good for you! Watch!
Fiber Gourmet is great for my diet, and it can be for yours too! Find out more on facebook.

InstaNatural Skin Brightening Serum Review

InstaNatural is dedicated to creating products without parabens, sulfates, artificial colors, artificial dyes, mineral oil, and formaldehyde. The Philosophy from their founder: "“I started InstaNatural because I saw a problem, and I wanted to fix it. Too many personal care products I used either didn’t work, or they had ingredients I didn’t feel were safe to use. I wanted something that I could use in my daily routine that I truly believed in—so I set out to make it myself. After getting traction with customers who thought the same as I did, and a couple years’ of growth, we have the same philosophy at heart, but an expanded product line, even better ingredients, and a team of extremely talented individuals I’m proud to call my colleagues. At InstaNatural, “good enough” isn’t in our vocabulary; our standard is still excellence in natural and organic-inspired products. I know that’s what I wanted, and it’s an honor to know that it’s what our customers want as well.”

I received the Skin Brightening Serum. I'm not big on skin products, but I know I need to start using them and make up. I'm getting older and there are certain things I need to start doing in my daily routine.
I've been using it every morning with a moisturizer and my skin just feels good. I've had a few people come up to me at work and say they notice a change in my skin. It smells really good, like oranges, and I love oranges. The serum is very easy to apply. It's natural, and I always buy natural products. They are better for your skin.

InstaNatural offers a lot of other products. Many that I'd love to try. Some include: Micellar Water (love those), Vitamin C Moisturizer, Night Cream, and their shampoo and conditioner. Those are among just a few of their products I would like to try and they offer so many more. You can find them on facebook, instagram, and twitter.
